Kelsea Ballerini Fangirls Hard When Kelly Clarkson Sings 'Miss Me More'

It's no secret that Kelsea Ballerini is a huge, and I mean HUGE, Kelly Clarkson fan.

The country singer has been a fan of the American Idol winner since she was a preteen and was even lucky enough to have her childhood dream come true years later when she went on tour with the pop singer.

But things got even better for her after Clarkson took to her show, The Kelly Clarkson Show, to sing Ballerini's hit "Miss Me More" at the start of her show. The 26-year-old was also a guest on the show so talk about the perfect day!

On Tuesday (September 19), Ballerini took to social media to express her giddiness about Clarkson's cover and her reaction was probably exactly what you'd expect from a super-fan: "welp, that’s it for me folks. #shetooktheoctave 💀🙌🏼❤️ @kellyclarkson I love you and loved being on your show...especially this part!" she captioned a clip of Clarkson's cover of the song.

During the show, Ballerini showed her science side with Clarkson and actress Jessica Alba where they made an explosive cloud out of nitrogen gas with Miss Virginia, Camille Schrier, and nine-year-old science prodigy, Amoy Antunet.

The country singer recently had another fangirl moment when she finally met the Jonas Brothers at their concert. She even uploaded a slightly embarrassing video of a younger her talking about how much she loves the band — clearly nothing has changed!

Ballerini recently released her first single, "homecoming queen?," off her upcoming third album.
