Olivia Rodrigo is taking care of her team’s mental health by providing free therapy sessions for her entire band and crew during her tours.

Touring guitarist Daisy Spencer revealed in a recent interview on The StageLeft Podcast that Olivia and their tour manager, Marty Hom, made therapy accessible and free for everyone on the Guts World Tour.

Daisy explained that this was the first time she had experienced such support on tour, and it reminded her how important therapy is. “Honestly, that was one of the coolest things that has ever happened on tour,” she said, adding that therapy can be expensive and having it freely available was a huge gift.

She also praised Olivia, calling her the “dreamiest boss,” and shared how having access to therapy has changed her life. “It’s been a gift for real. I feel like it is such a gift to be able to look within yourself and have someone else help you bring some stuff out of you that you might otherwise on your own not be able to get there,” Daisy said.

Olivia recently wrapped up her 102-date Guts World Tour and headlined the final day of the 2025 Glastonbury Festival, continuing to impress fans with her music and leadership.
