Meghan Trainor is embracing confidence and shutting down critics with her upcoming album Toy With Me, announced Wednesday (Nov. 12). The Grammy-winning pop star revealed that her seventh studio album will drop April 24, 2026, alongside the release of its bold lead single, “Still Don’t Care.”

Trainor described the song — written “for anyone who’s ever felt judged” — as “bold, fun, a little cheeky, and full of confidence.” She told Billboard the track reflects her personal growth and mindset shift: “I’m learning to shake off negativity, choose joy, and live life my way. At this point in my career, I’m done worrying about pleasing everyone.”

Trainer also unveiled the album’s Barbie doll-inspired pink cover, which sets the tone for the project’s playful, empowering theme. Toy With Me will feature 16 tracks, blending self-assured pop anthems with Trainor’s signature humor and retro sound.

Along with the album, Trainor announced her 2026 ‘Get In, Girl’ Tour with Icona Pop, kicking off June 12 in Clarkstown, Michigan, and wrapping August 15 in Los Angeles, with stops in New York, Chicago, and Boston along the way.

Toy With Me feels like the most honest and fearless I’ve ever been,” Trainor said. “It’s all about self-confidence, freedom, and meeting people where they are. I wanted to start this new era with a song that makes people feel unstoppable.”

The album follows her 2024 release Timeless, which peaked at No. 27 on the Billboard 200, and continues a streak of charting albums that began with her 2015 debut, Title, which hit No. 1. Earlier this year, Trainor was honored with the 2025 Hitmaker Award at Billboard’s Women in Music event.
