The world of Stranger Things is officially back, as Eleven, Steve, Max and the rest of the Hawkins crew return for the highly anticipated fifth season — and fans can now dive into the music behind the new episodes.

Beginning Nov. 28, the digital version of the Stranger Things: Season 5, Volume 1 soundtrack is available, featuring an eclectic mix of pop and rock classics from artists including ABBAMichael JacksonTiffanyThe Psychedelic Furs, and more. The rollout mirrors the structure of the show’s final season, which is unfolding in three waves.

Volume 2 will be released Dec. 26, followed by Volume 3 on Jan. 1, 2026. All three volumes will be bundled together for a full soundtrack arriving Jan. 30, 2026. Fans will be able to purchase the complete collection on CD, vinyl, and even limited-edition red cassette formats. Several exclusive colored vinyl editions will be sold through Amazon, Target, Walmart, and the Sony Music Store.

The Season 5 soundtrack was produced by the Duffer Brothers alongside music supervisor Nora Felder, known for her award-winning work on the series. Netflix previously teased the new season with an October trailer featuring a dramatic remix of Queen’s “Who Wants to Live Forever,” hinting at the emotional tone of the final chapter.

Since premiering in 2016, Stranger Things has become a global cultural force — not just for its cast and story, but for its ability to revive classic hits. Season 4 famously pushed Kate Bush’s “Running Up That Hill” and Metallica’s “Master of Puppets” onto the charts decades after their release, setting high expectations for the music featured this season.

The Volume 1 tracklist includes favorites like Michael Jackson’s “Rockin’ Robin,” Tiffany’s “I Think We’re Alone Now,” ABBA’s “Fernando,” and The Psychedelic Furs’ “Pretty in Pink,” along with several other era-defining songs.
