Doctor Reveals When Singles Can Finally Thrive & Make Out Safely

It's been over a year since normalcy and if you're single, you're likely ready to mingle. Dr. Wachter, Professor and Chair of the Department of Medicine at UCSF, joined Ryan Seacrest on-air again to share the latest on the COVID vaccines and to answer Seacrest's burning question: When can singles date and make out again?

With a majority of people becoming eligible to get the vaccine if they choose, Dr. Wachter is confident we are "going to be back to pretty much normal” soon.

So, what does that mean for dating?

"I don’t think it's any different than the protocol to be in close contact with people and that is if you and your partner are fully vaccinated, then you are completely good to go," Dr. Wachter shared when Seacrest asked about the safety of making out. "It's like it was 2019."
