1) DRINK A LOT OF WATER
2) MOVE MY BODY DAILY
3) TRY TO EAT WHOLE, FRESH FOODS
4) GET AS MUCH SLEEP AS I CAN
WE ALL KNOW THESE ARE GREAT FOR HEALTH⊠AND SEEM SO SIMPLE⊠BUT WHY IS IT SO HARD TO DO THESE 4 THINGS DAILY FOR ME?
I MOVE MY BODY AT LEAST 4 DAYS A WEEK⊠BUT DEF NOT 7.
I EAT WHOLE FOODS 80% OF THE TIMEâŠ
AND I GET OKAY SLEEPâŠ
I WANT TO TRY REALLY HARD FOR 1 WEEK TO FOCUS ON THESE 4 RULES AND SEE IF I FEEL A DIFFERENCE!
