Instagram Debuts New Safety Settings for Teenagers

Instagram introduced new safety settings for young users.

The popular social media app is making new accounts private by default for kids under 16 years old. Teens will still be able to switch their accounts to public but according to a statement from Instagram, private is the best choice for most you people.

Instagram is also blocking some adults from interacting with teens on the platform.

Additionally, the app is restricting how advertisers can target teenagers.

Should Instagram do more and if so, what else would you like to see?
